Virtual, trauma-informed therapy
for women across Ontario

I provide feminist, trauma-informed, attachment-focused psychotherapy for women and caregivers across Ontario.
I work with people who are used to holding everything together, even when it’s starting to feel heavy. Many of my clients arrive feeling anxious, burnt out, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in relational patterns they can’t quite make sense of.
Together, we explore the deeper roots beneath those experiences: family dynamics, attachment wounds, and the ways life has asked you to adapt. My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and collaborative, built on feeling genuinely seen, respected, and safe enough to heal at your own pace. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin.
Learn MoreTherapy can offer a space to slow down, understand the deeper roots of what’s happening, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and sustainable.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about coming back to yourself.

How much is a session?
+
Individual psychotherapy sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. The first 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation to book.
Do you give insurance receipts?
+
Yes. You’ll receive a receipt after every session with my registration details on it. Most extended health plans accept these. It’s worth checking that yours covers a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
What does “RP (Qualifying)” mean?
+
It means I’ve completed my graduate training and am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario while finishing my supervised practice hours. My work is overseen by a clinical supervisor throughout.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
+
Both. Virtual sessions are held over a secure, PHIPA-compliant video platform, so we can work together from anywhere in Ontario. All you need is a private space and a stable connection. If you would rather meet face to face, in-person sessions are available at the Toronto office on Raitherm Road, a calm and fully accessible space.
