Hi, I’m Ferris, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and founder of Psyche Health.

I provide feminist, trauma-informed, attachment-focused psychotherapy for women and caregivers across Ontario.

I work with people who are used to holding everything together — even when it’s starting to feel heavy.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, burnt out, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in relational patterns they can’t quite make sense of. Together, we begin exploring the deeper roots beneath those experiences — family dynamics, attachment wounds, old survival strategies, identity shifts, and the ways life has asked you to adapt.

My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, respected, and safe enough to explore what healing might look like at your own pace.
