I offer virtual psychotherapy for adults across Ontario for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, disconnected from themselves, or simply tired of carrying so much on their own. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s been feeling heavy, and gently explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you.
Together, we’ll make space for the parts of you that have been surviving for a long time — with care, curiosity, and without judgment. My approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to what feels most supportive for you.
