    Attachment Trauma Treatment Specialist

    As a therapist trained in attachment trauma, I help people understand how early experiences shape the way they connect, trust, and protect themselves in relationships today. Attachment wounds can show up as anxiety, pulling away, repeating unhealthy patterns, or feeling unsure how to feel safe with others. Using gentle approaches like EMDR, parts-work (IFS), somatic tools, and compassion-focused strategies, we explore these patterns together at your pace. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, create safer and more supportive relationships, and feel more grounded in yourself.
